Designed for those wanting to take their technique to the next level, this program is perfect for homeschooled students, online learners, and dancers with flexible school schedules who are looking for more intensive and focused training.

Dancers in the program will participate in a well-rounded curriculum that includes ballet, pointe, contemporary, conditioning, and repertoire.

Classes are designed to strengthen technique, develop artistry, and build confidence in a positive and challenging environment.

Whether you’re preparing for a professional career, college dance program, or simply want more training time to refine your skills, the Day Program offers individual attention and small class sizes to support your personal goals.

COMPETITION PREPARATION

At NS Dance Academy, we offer many performance opportunities for our students. From Showcase to Our Pre-Professional Division offers specialized training for dancers aiming to compete in prestigious competitions such as the Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), American Dance Competition Youth International Ballet Competition (ADCIBC), Universal Ballet Competition (UBC), and Prix de Lausanne. Through personalized coaching, repertoire selection, and performance techniques, we equip our students with the skills, confidence, and artistic expression necessary to stand out on the international stage

PATHWAY TO PROFESSIONALISM

Our ultimate goal is to nurture dancers through our program levels, preparing them to become members of the Nashville Ballet company, while recognizing the diverse aspirations and talents of each individual. For those whose paths may lead elsewhere, we offer comprehensive support in their search and audition process for companies that align with their unique abilities or offer more opportunities. Our commitment extends beyond training; we are dedicated to helping our dancers find their place in the world of professional ballet, wherever that may be.

What is the age range for the Graduate Program?

Day Program dancers must be home school and be available from 9am to 1pm and ages between 9 and 18.

Do I have to audition for the program?

 No, However I’d love to meet you. Please schedule a trial a class. Schedule HERE!

What is the size of the Day Program?

The Day Program is a small group, no more than 15 dancers, selected by the Artistic Team.

What is the calendar for the Day Program? 

The Day Program follows NS Dance Academy’s season calendar which runs from August to June.
