Open adult dance classes for exercise and instruction available starting the week of June 7th, 2021!
Come join the group and have a little fun while exercising! Featuring a mix of ballet and dance-based fitness, specially designed for mature students.
No previous experience is required.
Focuses on exercises, techniques and steps of classical ballet with an emphasis on terminology and correct body alignment. Develops an aesthetic awareness of the art of classical ballet. Includes a warm-up at the barre with center floor work and combinations. This class is great for everyone because it has the same basic principles of Pilates - healthy alignment, balance, and breath. Enjoy!

One of the most popular and well known forms of dance. Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps. It is a wonderful class to get a well rounded variety of all dance steps.This is a perfect class to start your dance training.
